Westmoreland Wedding Bowl Elegant Glass Ruby Flash Candy Compote Pedestal 10"

This is a Westmoreland Handmade Wedding Bowl or a candy compote on a pedestal.  It is ruby flash glass and clear glass.  The lid can be place under the bowl to become a larger pedestal.  I believe it is from the 1950s.  It is approximately 10" tall and quite heavy.
