    Description

    For your consideration:   A Westmoreland Glass Blue Mist satin decorative plate in the style of Mary Gregory and hand painted by artist L. Plues 1978.  The plate measures approximately 8.5 inches in diameter.   It is marked on the back although difficult to see at times.  Small chip on the inside of the rim on the backside (last photo).   There may also be some scuffing from stacking or handling - typical of satin glass.  Please view all photos (zoom in/click to enlarge) as they are a major part of the description.  Glassware can be difficult to photograph due to glares, reflections and shadows so additional photographs can be requested.
    CLEANING:  I did not attempt to clean this plate therefore you may see dust, sticker residue, soiled areas, etc.
    CONDITION:  My items are antiques, vintage, or collectibles purchased at estate sales and such therefore, pre-owned and most often used, so please expect wear consistent with age and use.
