It measures 7.5" high and was manufactured in Pennsylvania.  A perfect gift or to add to a Westmoreland, Swirl & Ball or Candy/Covered Dish Collector!!
The item is in very good used condition with no cracks, chips, or any other blemishes noted. Please see all the pictures for exact condition.
