Westmoreland #1849 Butter Ball with Chas West Decoration

Description

Offered is a very pretty and seldom seen piece of Westmoreland Glass.  This is a #1849 Butter Ball with hand painted decoration.  The butter ball measures about 6 1/2" across and about 4 1/4" tall.  It has a rose trellis decoration with forget me knots.   The black trellis is painted on the underside of the butter ball and the floral decorations are on the topside.  There are no chips, cracks, or repairs.  There is one spot of missing yellow paint and some shelf wear to the yellow paint on the bottom (please see the last two pictures).  The wear to the bottom is not visible in the normal display position.  There is also some wear to the gold rim.  Combined shipping is available.  Thank you for viewing this item.
