Vintage Candy dish or compote.  Can also be flipped upside down and used as a candle holder
Color is a vibrant red with an orange stem.  Base is also red.  B
Bowl and base have a scalloped edge.  I think the shape is supposed to be a lotus flower.
In excellent condition without any chips or scratches
Measures about 3.75" tall
