Up for sale we have this used pair of vintage collectible Westmoreland milk glass owl toothpick holder made in the U.S.A.
Please study the photos as they are an important part of the item description.  First off, this owl is an estate sale find and in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.  This owl is adorable.   This owl measures about 3 inches tall.  Indeed a delightful addition to your vintage Westmoreland Glass home decor.
