    Vintage Westmoreland Cobalt Blue Covered Cat on Basket Dish. Very good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks. This item does have 2 areas where white glass flecks got mixed in as shown in pics. One small white fleck on the bottom of the basket (base) and a few along the outside rim of the top. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
