Wind-up is tight ( but wheels Spin ), missing one wheel, very loose and Mickey & Donald do not go up and down. All plastic parts are in super great condition, just a little paint wear from being played with. But not much at all. I do not want to wind toy up and do not want too do some thing wrong in trying to make it work. I will leave that up to the new owner. Just a amazing old Walt Disney toy..        . See pictures.
