    A great looking antique tin toy from Nikko Japan. The colors are very vivid. The wind up mechanism works well although probably does not run as long as it did when new. When new there was a tin newspaper in the left hand which is missing. When wound the moves his hands and head and the bell sounds. This toy was not designed to walk.
    It would be a great addition to any collection.
