Description:
Wide application in connecting aluminum and ACSR to copper alloy equipment clamps, designed for use with copper.
Eliminate cold flow problems of aluminum conductor in copper clamps.
Pin secured to aluminum body by heavy knurling under factory compression.
After installation of aluminum conductor in the terminal barrel, the pin is installed in the equipment clamp. Annealed, tin plated copper pin is easily bent to aid cable training.
Prefilled with oxide inhibitor compound.
Marked with wire size, installing dies and
compression locations.
Metal sealant protects pin/body interface from moisture intrusion.
