    You are bidding on a nice, and very unusual, circa 1950s era, plastic with cloth clothing, hand painted face, strange clown wind up toy that moves his arms when wound. Good condition with windup that doesn't make him move his arms all the time but periodically, missing his wig, otherwise, very light wear. Very unusual old toy.
