Milk Glass - Fish Pattern - Beautiful Covered Bowl Circa 1899

I found this earlier today as I going thru my Mother's china cabinet.  This is a
Westmoreland Milk Glass - Fish pattern - Beautiful covered dish
.   From what I have been told, this was produced in 1899 and confined to that one year.  Nice to have in any collection or just for display.   No Damage.   My Mom always wanted this piece because it was so different and unusual.   Measurements are in photos 2 & 8.   If you have any questions, please ask.   Thank you.
