The thin diamond coated disc grinds a small groove in the edge of your fused jewelry pieces that will hold your your wire securely in place without the need to do time consuming decorative wire wraps. 5/8" diameter with standard grit, the thin, disc-like grinding surface is less than 1/16" thick. This bit is designed to work in tight places and at acute angles on glass jewelry pieces. The grit begins approximately 1/16" over the top of the disc, and wraps around it at an equal distance on the bottom. The disc is situated at the bottom of the spindle for use as an alternate method of wire wrapping fused jewelry pieces.
