Pro-PM Power Metallurgy 5 Pc Turning Set. Crown's exclusive range of Pro-PM turning tools are the "elite-Inchof all turning chisels. Made from an advanced Powder Metal, the molten steel has been compressed and sintered, giving the Pro-PM turning tools a cutting edge which lasts three to five times that of a conventional High Speed Steel Tools. The chisels are hardened to between 66 and 68 Degrees Rockwell, enabling the tools to have a vastly superior wear resistance, excellent grindability, superior toughness, a high working hardness, and a high retention of hardness. The ergonomically designed 12-1/2-Inch stained black ash handles fitted to these tools make the finished chisels unbeatable. Packed in an attractive cardboard display box. Overall tool lengths are approximately 19-1/2-Inch.

RETURN & REFUND:
Defective or items shipped in error must be returned within 30 days of date received, at our expense for full credit/ replacement. Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us for any shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, you may be charged for the service call and/or shipping plus a restocking fee up to 25% (will be deducted from refunds).
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you may cancel the order yourself or request eBay to cancel the order for you. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and you will have to process a general return which will incur cancellation fees, restocking fees, additional return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges can also not be refunded.
