This Pump has been fully tested to comply with all requirements and is ready to go. These are by far the best cartridge filter systems you can get for your soft sided above ground pool. They are certified to work with pools from 3000-15000 gallons, and they are even MORE POWERFUL, AND MORE RELIABLE than the 0.3 HP Intex 2500 GPH Model.
In Fact The common failure point on the Intex pumps isn't even on the Bestway units. Without a timer to fail you will enjoy many more years of reliable service from this pump than you would with a comparable Intex model pump and filter system.
PLUS These are GUARANTEED to work with all INTEX, BESTWAY, AND COLEMAN Aboveground pools without any adapters other than the ones in the box.
