Front swivel wheel, this wheel fits this walker
Item is in good used condition, has wear on the wheel, see pic, also, I think it has some thread or hair wrapped around the inside of the wheel, because it doesn't roll as smoothly as it did when new.

Size or length of pin/part that goes into the walker part is the ribbed part of the pin only and is 7/8" long, overall length of pin is 1" see pics for details of where I got these sizes, and the pin ribbed/part is 11/32" thick or just under 3/8"
