Antique Westmoreland Specialty " Feather Opaque" cold painted turquoise blue milk glass covered creamer/mustard jar
Circa 1900
Jar is 2 3/4" across, 5 1/2" spout to handle and 4 3/4" tall
Remnants of gold paint in the feather/fern embossing on both jar and lid
2 embossed on bottom
There are rough edges and a few scallop/edge chips(see photos)
