    Description
    Antique vanity oval dish made by Westmoreland Specialty Co, and it was patented in the early 1900s.   It is made of opalescent milk glass and measures 7 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide.  It has a decorated edge and a handle on each side,  and the number 74 impressed on the bottom.
    It has no chips or cracks.
