    Large Seal Rampwalker Toy or Walking Pull Toy
    Made of composition
    Probably 1940s-1960s era
    6 1/2" tall x 9 1/2" long
    Good condition.  Some paint loss.  I don't really see any cracking in the composition but there is a small chip on each side of his back flippers.  I believe there should have been a ball on his nose and his nose has had some repair to cover the hole where the ball was supposed to be.  It was this way when I got it about 20 years ago.
